Récupération du fichier de relief utilisé dans les simulations IPSL. Il existe des
différences dans les régions polaires entre le fichier Relief présent sur le compte
lmdz et celui des archives modispl. Celui du compte lmdz est plus récent que celui 
du compte modipsl. On garde les deux avec les noms évidents:
 - Relief_lmdz_20040405.nc
 - Relief_modipsl_20031119.nc

Made the relief file constructed by E. Vignon M. Lalande from "GMTED2010_15n015_00625deg + RTopo file
for Greenland and Antarctica" the default Relief.nc file for LMDZ init runs:
    moved it to ~lmdz/WWW/pub/3DInputData/Limit/
    changed the link:
    ~lmdz/WWW/pub/3DInputData/Limit/Relief.nc ->
                 ~lmdz/WWW/pub/3DInputData/Limit/Relief_GMTED2010_15n015_00625deg_plus_GA.nc
Made the landice_GA_HR.nc (made by E. Vignon & C. Agosta from the above relief file and which includes only
Greenland and Antactica) the new default file for LMDZ init runs:
    copied to ~lmdz/WWW/pub/3DInputData/Limit/
