Updated install.sh :
- Alwas compile netcdf with r4.
- Added option real=r4 or =r8(defaut) for the compiling of LMDZ. If r8, then also adding cpp key NC_DOUBLE.

Added directory containing the script install.sh : This script install, compile and test LMDZ on local PC. Script developped by Frederic Hourdin. This version corresponds to install.sh.v6.

The file LISMOI contains a list of available versions of LMDZ compatible with install.sh.

Continuing clean up in BOL : Now removing the directories branches and tags. Branches and tags contain an old version of the directory BOL/IPCC_AR4. We decided not to keep this old version.
